RegExEditor makes it easier for .Net developers to design Regular Expressions. It is developed in C#.
This project was started by Martin Brown. He became frustrated with having to recompile his source code every time he wanted to test one of his regular expressions. He was also frustrated that the Find and Replace function in Visual Studio uses a different
regular expression syntax to the .Net libraries. The result was the start of this little tool which he published on his web site for all to use. After numerous request he finally decided to make the application open-source in January 2011. The rest as they
say is history.
